Jennifer Byrne
Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer has spent her career practicing the business of technology. As a former CTO of a division at one of the biggest tech companies in the world, she led technical teams and innovation projects that transformed the digital profiles of dozens of major companies and organizations. She believes that for technology to do good in the world, it needs to empower all of us. She holds a degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz.

Tosh Cook
President, COO
Tosh spent 15 years working his way across the workforce management space, including staffing, PEO/ASO, HRIS and payroll. As a former professional MMA fighter and jiu-jitsu black belt, he understands that a learner’s mindset is critical for building greatness. He holds degrees from Pepperdine University (MBA/Finance), and University of the Pacific (BS/Entrepreneurship).

Jeremiah Baird
Chief Product Officer
Jeremiah has been delivering products within the workforce management space for the last 25 years. He has deep experience in CRM, hardware, development and UI. This breadth of work has created a passion for envisioning solutions that allow clients to reimagine what is possible. Jeremiah studied at Coleman University (AS/Information Technology).

Thomas Tupper
Chief Technology Officer
Tom builds great products and has been doing so for the last 25 years. He believes in building around customer needs because technology is supposed to solve hard problems. His appetite for a good challenge is why he is also a Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Instructor and Active Competitor. He holds a BS Electrical & Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.

Our Why
It all started with three friends from the HR Technology space who shared a vision that many of the issues connecting people to work could be solved with a digital platform built for employers and the Staffing industry, and a mobile app that empowers workers.
Since then we’ve realized that the opportunity to get the right people to the right place at the right time is seemingly simple but actually complex. We believe this is why we can simultaneously have people out of work and a low unemployment rate. In short, the process of getting people to work often doesn’t work.
We also continue to see that jobs, and especially those providing a living wage and a sense of purpose, are the very foundation of our economy. Therefore, matching people with the work they want unlocks potential at every level.
